  • Mobile websites are designed to work with all types of web enabled phone, where an app is only made to work with certain phones. So with our mobile websites your clients can use an iphone’s, droid's, sidekick or any kind of web enable smart phone.

  • Getting a web app approved for distribution is a long process, can take months

  • Plus clients do not need to go to app store to get your site, they simply go to your current website address on there phone, and it launches to your mobile site automatically.

Do I have to have a regular website?
No. We host your mobile website on our servers so there no need for a current website.

Can I use another domain name I have for my mobile site?

Yes. Because we host the mobile sites, you simply tell the company you bought the domain name from to forward that name to our servers. And if you provided us access to your domain account, will take care of it for you.

 

How long does it take to get the site up and running?

Anywhere from 24-48 hours. Depending on the site you purchase, and provided you turn in your picture and personal content needed.

 

What size and format does the picture need to be?

Any size and any format should work. We make it easy on you.

After I sign up, what happens next?

  • We will send you a receipt via email, Make sure to keep your receipts for tax time. Since its a form of advertising you should be able to use it as a deduction with your business taxes.

  • We will send you a link, this like will take you to online form to fill out

  • You fill out the form with basic information, company name, address, contact info and you there is an area for you to write information about how you do business for the Buyers, listing, about me, and contact sections of the website.

  • You will receive an email when your site is complete.

  • That’s it, its very simple to set up, most of the information needed can also be taken from your current real estate website, without the need to submit any pictures of information.

What are the payment options?

There are two ways to pay:

1.     Monthly automatic reoccurring draft payments (plus a one time setup fee)

2.     Yearly payments with no setup fee, and discounted price

Is there a contract?

Depends on the pricing plan, most of our plans allow for early cancellation.

 

If I pay yearly and I cancel early do I get the remainder prorated back?

No. If you opt to pay a year in advanced you get a discount, and we waive the setup fee. The contract can be canceled, and you can have the site taken down, but there are no perorations nor refunds.

 

If I am on the payment plan, and I decide to cancel how much notice must I give?

Please provide 5 business days prior for cancellations. Simply email your request to cancel. We bill in advanced so your last payment leaves you in good standing.

 

What if I need to make changes to my website?

We allow up to for instances of ad changes per year at no cost. let's say if you like to change the information in your listing or buyers section, or you got a new picture you like to use, no problem. After you have used up your four changes through out the year and you still need to make a change, it will be a $20 per instance fee for the remaining year from the date you initially started the website.

 

Can I completely customize the website?

The site have areas that your allow to customize. But to keep the cost down, these websites were design as more of a template based site. In some instances we can ad additional buttons and pages to our template sites for a fee. If you are looking for a custom designed website, please call to discuss your design needs.
