For example, when Advertisers request to advertise in one of the websites, it is agreed that their information will be published to one or more affiliated sites under Inadrek LLC, as expressly offered at time of commitment to advertise.
c. As an advertiser, you are solely responsible for providing information to publish in our websites. We advise that you check more than once that the information you provided to advertise is correct, accurate, tasteful, reliable, and does not infringe the copyright protection of others. Advertiser agrees to indemnify , defend, and hold harmless Inadrek LLC from any lawsuits, and or damages do to such actions. Inadrek LLC does not verify information provided by advertisers. As an advertiser, you are responsible to research, investigate, and assure that your information does not violate copyrights, and that it is correct and accurate.
Privacy Policy
Inadrek LLC respects the privacy of its advertisers and visitors. We only retain your information for specific purposes. Information obtained from advertisers that advertise on this site, and affiliate sites, will be held confidential, and will not be sold, used or shared, except provided within this agreement.
a. Keep in mind that certain information that is provided to advertise, such as name, contact number and occupation, will be published and made public. As is the purpose of the site, we cannot guarantee that other vendors/companies will use the information published in your ad to contact you. At any time, you may contact Inadrek LLC to edit/delete information you no longer wish to be public.
As a visitor, Inadrek LLC and its affiliated sites (click here) does not collect personal information. Please be aware that you may, and can, link to other websites that are advertised in the directory that may collect personal information. Specific listings may have personal sites to visit, or you can be linked to another site via banner ad. These sites are not affiliated with, nor operated by Inadrek LLC. The information privacy policies of those sites are not incorporated nor covered by Inadrek LLC privacy policy. You are solely responsible to maintaining your information secure and private. Furthermore, you are accountable for any information you provide to other sites that are accessed.
Refund Policy
As an advertiser, like most advertising mediums, due to the nature of this type of business, there is no grace period nor refund. The minute that your order is taken, we immediately begin processing and designing your ad. Within 24 hours you will have a temporary ad posted on our websites. Banner ads can take up to 7 days before they are posted. This is due to the creative work that goes into designing them. Please understand we start all creative work and design within the same day an order is received. Because of this, there are already staff and processing costs that are incurred. Therefore, there are no refunds.
Understand this is a form of advertising, and is a non cancelable contract, any payments received are for services rendered, and our non refundable. Failure to pay any amounts when due, entitles Inadrek LLC reasonable compensation for all cost for collections and any reasonable attorney fees. I also understand that any changes to my ad may be subject to a change fee. Cardholder acknowledges receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total shown hereon and agrees to perform the obligations set forth in the Cardholder’s agreement with the issuer. All sales are subject to manager’s final approval.
Placement Policy
This site, and sites affiliated with Inadrek LLC offer placement positioning across different regions/states within the directory.
a. At the time you purchase your ad listing, you have the option to upgrade your positioning in the given location your ad is placed. Based on which position you upgrade to, you are guaranteed that position for your one year of advertising. For example, if you start April 17, 2010, you are guaranteed your position until April 17, 2011.
b. As the current position holder, you have the first option the day you purchase your position to purchase the following year in advance. Thus, securing that position for one more year. However, the only way to secure your position for another year, is to pre-pay in advance for that position, at the time of your initial purchase.
c. Please be aware that if you choose to upgrade to a higher position without pre-paying to secure that position the following year, it may be sold to another advertiser that does pre-pay for that position. For example, you were in first position on April 17, 2010 and chose not to secure that position by pre-paying to hold it the following year. On April 17, 2011, another subscriber who did elect to pre-pay for first position will secure it.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Popularity of a certain city or ad location may cause prices to adjust accordingly. Past discounts given on "package deals" or initial advertising are not guaranteed when renewing or purchasing additional advertisement. All purchasing of additional ad locations must be done at time of original purchase to receive the "Additional ad locations" pricing. Otherwise, advertiser is subject to current pricing for an ad.
a. Generally, there is no discounting for purchasing any ad in advance for more than one year. If advertiser chooses to pre-pay for future ads, they are subject to current pricing for that ad. Package deals and discounts may vary from one advertiser to another, due to popularity of ad location, special promotions, and incentives, and are not promised to every individual interested in advertising.
Banners
Please understand that your contract begins immediately upon purchase being completed. Your contract will not be extended based upon when you are able to submit your ad content. However, if you choose not to accept the design team’s initial designs, or ask to remake banner designs, and it takes more than the 7 days normally associated to build your ad, there will be no further extensions of your contract. Also, if you decide to have the design team redesign your ad, there will be a $100 fee. To maximize exposure time within your contract, please submit your ad content as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for the performance of banner ads due to their design. All custom banner ad designs must be proofed by client before publishing to website. temporary banner ads do not need to be proofed before publishing. Temporary ads will be put in place of banners to ensure some level of exposure until that time client can provide ad content and/or banner ads are designed and approved by client.
Ad Changes
If you would like to change any of your ads, you may do so at anytime and as often as you like. Please understand there is a charge per occurrence to do so. Also, you may at any time during your contract decide to upgrade you ad (ie., banner, positioning etc). However, the rate for the upgrade you choose will not be discounted nor prorated. All contract terms of your original contract will remain in effect.
