I. General Terms, Conditions, Disclaimer and Policies

1. This website is not an entity unto itself. But rather, this site and affiliate sites operated by Inadrek.  This site, along with it’s affiliated sites, are the sole property of Inadrek. None shall be replicated without express written consent from Inadrek.

a. Any reproduction, whether in whole or in part, contained within this site is strictly prohibited. Inadrek will not tolerate any reproduction, framing of information, or any type of distribution of material within this site without prior written consent.  If these rules are violated, Inadrek will pursue action accordingly. All information and material within this site, and affiliated sites of Inadrek, contain copyright protection.

b. Inadrek reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Furthermore, Inadrek reserves the right to republish information provided by client to other affiliated websites under Inadrek. By submitting a request to advertise, clients expressly grants permission and the right to Inadrek to publish/republish said information accordingly. For example, when client request to advertise in one of the websites, it is agreed that their information will be published to one or more affiliated sites under Inadrek, as expressly offered at time of commitment to advertise.

c. As an client are solely responsible for providing information to publish in Inadrek websites. Inadrek advise that clients check more than once that the information provided is correct, accurate, tasteful, reliable, and does not infringe the copyright protection of others. clients agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inadrek from any lawsuits, and or damages do to such actions. Inadrek does not verify information provided by client. client are responsible to research, investigate, and assure that its information does not violate copyrights, and that it is correct and accurate.

2. Inadrek respects the privacy of client and visitors. It only retain information for specific purposes. Information obtained from   client that Advertise on this site, and affiliate sites, will be held confidential, and will not be sold, used or shared, except provided within this agreement. 

a. Keep in mind that certain information that is provided to advertise, such as name, contact number and occupation, will be published and made public. As is the purpose of the site, Inadrek cannot guarantee that other vendors/companies will use clients information published in the ad to contact clients.  At any time, clients may contact Inadrek to edit/delete information it no longer wishes to be public.

3. Like most creative mediums, due to the nature of this type of business, there is no grace period, nor refund. The minute the order is taken, Inadrek immediately begins processing and designing the product or service.Please understand Inadrek start all creative work and design within the same day an order is received. Because of this, there are already staff and processing costs that are incurred. Therefore, there are no refunds.

4. Clients understands that this is a form of creative work, and is a non cancelable contract, any payments received are for services rendered, and are non refundable. Failure to pay any amounts when due, entitles Inadrek reasonable compensation for all cost for collections and any reasonable attorney fees.  clients also understands that any changes to its ad may be subject to a change fee. clients acknowledges receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total shown hereon and agrees to perform the obligations set forth in the clients agreement with the issuer. All sales are subject to Inadrek manager’s final approval.

5. Please understand that the contract begins immediately upon purchase being completed. The contract will not be extended based upon when clients is able to submit ad content. However, if clients chooses not to accept the design team’s initial designs, or asks to remake designs, there will be no further extensions of the contract. Also, if clients decide to have the design team redesign its product or service, there can be a change fee assessed and/or Inadrek has the right to cancel contract and retain 50% of proceeds already charged. To maximize exposure time within the contract, please submit your ad content as soon as possible.

6. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Popularity of a certain products or demand may cause prices to adjust accordingly. Past discounts given on "package deals" or initial purchases are not guaranteed when renewing or purchasing additional products or service. All discounts and promotions offered must be initiated at time of original purchase to receive discount or promotional pricing. Otherwise, clients is subject to current pricing for product or service.

a. Package discounts and promotions may vary from one clients to another, due to popularity of a certain products or demand, special promotions, and incentives, and are not promised to every individual interested in purchasing products and services from Inadrek.

7. Payment plans are based on criteria in sales receipt and Inadrek terms are outlined through out this contract. If client has elected to make payments, then clients has elected that Payments will be automatically deducted according to schedule outlined and stated in reoccurring authorization form sent from Inadrek at time of purchase. Clients herby authorizes Inadrek to charge the credit card listed on the Automatic Credit Card Billing Authorization form for use of payment for all services listed within this contract. Failure to make payments for any reason is considered a breach in contract. You may cancel automatic billing authorization at any time by contacting Inadrek by phone (949-340-6684) or email (admin@inadrek.com). Understand that cancellation of automatic billing does not relieve clients from your obligation to pay the remaining balance. Remaining balance can be paid in a lump some payment with another credit card, debit card, and/ or check. At any time if clients simply needs to switch credit cards to continue automatic payments, contact Inadrek to make changes. clients agrees not to put credit card charges in dispute without first talking to Inadrek on any issues, problems, or cancellations.

II. Graphic Design

1. Inadrek will produce a graphic design and deliver to client all originals via email. Client will give Inadrek there full cooperation and assistance in completing graphic design which included access to original logos, graphics designs used in clients company and content needed to complete website. Quality of graphic design will vary from one client to another.

2. Inadrek is releases all design rights, and materials on all projects included in this addendum. The intellectual property designed during the coarse of production of all the items contract by client will also be released to client within this addendum. Once projects are complete any new designed material originals will be delivered to advertiser via email or us postal mail. Inadrek is not responsible for returning materials, items, or designs given from client to Inadrek for the production of items developed within this addendum.

III. Multi Media

11. Inadrek will produce a video and deliver finished product on Youtube.com . Client will give Inadrek there full cooperation and assistance in completing promotion video which included access to facility to gain video footage, original logos and graphics designs used in clients company, cooperation on narrations, titles, design, and choice of music and sound. Quality of video and sound may vary from one client to another. Results are based or cooperation of clients and subject being produced.

12. Client is required to open a youtube.com account for delivery of video online. Youtube.com is the website our multimedia videos are designed for. We do not guarantee results on any other websites. Inadrek will publish video to youtube.com, and send embed coding to advertiser in order for advertiser to include video on other websites they may own.

13. Inadrek is releases all design rights, and materials on all projects included in this addendum. IV. Web Design

11. Inadrek will produce a website design and notify client of completion of said website via email when completed. Client will give Inadrek there full cooperation and assistance in completing website which included access to original logos, graphics designs needed to complete website. Quality and performance of website will vary from one advertiser to another. Search engine results, and positions will vary are not guaranteed.

     a. Inadrek allows one complete redesign on our mobile website designs, after that any changes may result in a change fee. Anytime graphic work needs to be altered in order to make any changes to website, a change fee will be charged. Fees amounts are determined by amount of work to be completed ranging from $10 to $300 Items that usually will not result in a change fee are the following : address, phone numbers, email, personal website url links.

12. Inadrek is not responsible for returning materials, items, or designs given from client to Inadrek for the production of items developed within this addendum. On template, semi customizable sites all rights are reserved for Inadrek, Any reproduction, whether in whole or in part, contained within any on Inadrek designs is strictly prohibited.

     a.  c. As the Client, you are solely responsible for providing information to create advertisement described in this contract to the MyHelpCare.net and MyHelpCare.org websites. Inadrek LLC advises that the Client check more than once that the information provided is correct, accurate, tasteful, reliable, and does not infringe the copyright protection of others. Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inadrek LLC from any lawsuits, and or damages do to such actions. The Client will give Inadrek their full cooperation and assistance with completing graphic designs; which include access to original logos and graphic designs of the Client’s Company and content needed to complete the website and/or advertisement. Quality of graphic design will vary from one Client to another. Inadrek LLC is not responsible for returning materials, items, or designs given from the Client to Inadrek LLC for the production of items developed.

 5. Inadrek LLC respects the privacy of Client and visitors. It only retains information for specific purposes. Information obtained from Client that advertise on this site, and affiliate sites, will be held confidential, and will not be sold, used or shared, except provided within this agreement. At any time, Client may contact Inadrek LLC to edit/delete information it no longer wishes to be public.

 6. As the Client, like most advertising mediums, due to the nature of this type of business, there is no grace period, nor refund. The minute the contract is made; Inadrek LLC immediately gets underway with the processing and design of the advertisement. Because of this, there are already staff and processing costs that are incurred. Therefore, there are no refunds. Ads can take up to 5 business days before they are posted. This is due to the creative work that goes into designing ads.

 7. Please understand that the contract begins the date it is executed. Time is of the essence when it comes to design materials needed to complete advertisement designs. The contract will not be altered based upon when Client's inability to submit content in a timely matter. To maximize exposure time within the contract, please submit your design content as soon as possible. Quality and performance of advertisement will vary from one Client to another. If in the event that the Client chooses not to accept the design team’s initial designs, or asks to remake designs, doing so may extend the build time another 5 business days, and there will be no further extensions of the contract. Also, if the Client requests that Inadrek LLC is to redesign the advertisement a third time or more, a redesign ad fee of $150 fee maybe applied per occurrence or Inadrek LLC may refuse to complete the design and ask that Client submit their own designs within the specs needed to fulfill ad space requirements.

 8. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Popularity of certain categories or ad location may cause prices to adjust accordingly. Previous discounts given on "package deals" or initial advertising are not guaranteed when renewing or purchasing additional advertisement. All purchasing of additional ad locations must be done at time of the original purchase to receive additional discount package pricing. Otherwise, Client is subject to current pricing for an ad. Generally, there is no discounting for purchasing any ad in advance for more than one year. If Client chooses to pre-pay for future ads, it is subject to current pricing for that ad. Package deals and discounts may vary from one Client to another, due to popularity of ad location, special promotions, incentives, and are not promised to every individual interested in advertising. 

9. Inadrek LLC agrees to market www.MyHelpCare.net, www.MyHelpCare.org and its affiliate websites through its best efforts. It will to the best of its ability to optimize www.MyHelpCare.net and www.MyHelpCare.org websites to rank well on the top internet search engines. Inadrek LLC is unable to place ads on the mobile edition of our website do to the size and design limitations. Inadrek LLC does not, and cannot guarantee a result or increase in business. Inadrek LLC may also advertise on other forms of media, which are not limited to any of the preceding marketing listed within this contract. Inadrek LLC reserves the right to determine how, when, where, and in what nature the media and marketing described in this contract is distributed.

 10. Payment plans are based on criteria in Section 3b. and terms are outlined throughout this contract. If the “Make Payments” was selected in Section 3b. of this contract, then Client has elected that payments will be automatically deducted according to the schedule stated in Section 3b. of this contract. Client herby authorizes Inadrek LLC to charge the credit card listed on 3c. for use of payment for all services listed within this contract. Failure to make payments for any reason is considered a breach in contract. Client may cancel automatic billing authorization at any time by contacting Inadrek LLC. Understand that cancellation of automatic billing does not relieve Client from their obligation to pay the remaining balance. Remaining balance can be paid in a lump sum payment with another credit card, debit card, and/or check. At any time if the Client simply needs to switch credit cards to continue automatic payments; contact Inadrek LLC to take changes. Client agrees not to put credit card charges in dispute, without first talking to Inadrek LLC on any issues, problems, or cancellations.

 11. Client understands that this is a form of advertising, and is a non cancelable contract; any payments received are for services rendered, and are nonrefundable. Failure to pay any amounts when due, entitles Inadrek LLC reasonable compensation for all cost for collections and any reasonable attorney fees. Client also understands that any changes to its ad may be subject to a change fee. Client acknowledges receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total shown hereon and agrees to perform the obligations set forth in the Client agreement with the issuer.
